I believe big dreams become easier to act on when we can see them. That belief is at the heart of every keynote, workshop, and coaching experience I lead.
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked as an educator, trainer, pediatric health educator, and youth advocate—helping people recognize their strengths, navigate change, and move forward with courage.
Today, as a speaker, live illustrator, and Design Your Future® Coach, I combine storytelling, visual thinking, and simple drawing to help leaders, students, and young people see what’s possible, capture their vision, and take inspired action.
